"I had the pleasure of working with Colette at Tesco, when she was tasked with creating a temporary learning space for a large-scale training event, which introduced head office colleagues to new business behavioural skills. Colette created an innovative and creative space where both trainers and delegates could learn, interact and
collaborate. She has the ability to take a high level brief and turn it into reality, whilst considering both the learner and the trainers needs. She pays great attention to every detail to ensure the best possible experience all round. Almost 3,500 learners attended the Festival over 11 days. Feedback from trainers and
delegates was overwhelmingly positive with 94% of delegates rating the event good or excellent. Thanks to the effort, energy and detail Colette put into the project, the event was a massive success!"

Transforming conference space to host the High Performing Team events
"Colette transformed a huge empty space into an engaging, inspiring branded temporary learning zone specifically designed for our landmark team events. She took a brief which had very little direction on it and came up with lots of inspiring ideas on how to use the space and great suggestions for the different types of visuals and
learning aids we could use to make it a great learning environment for delegates – Colette then went ahead and turned this idea into reality for me - It looked great! This was a huge task and Colette turned this around within very tight timescales. The environment was different to what both the Trainers and Delegates were used
